Our permanent recruitment solution aims to source, screen and supply the very best workforce according to your business needs. The process involves:

• Pre-work Safety Briefings: Prior to starting a work on any job site, we make sure our employees are tested with a basic induction quiz and given a range of pre-work briefings, one paramount being Workplace Health & Safety. Employees are supplied with a booklet that contains our own site induction procedure, work health & safety policy, covid-19 safe policy and other relevant work health & safety material. We will also request clients to supply us with their version of policies and procedures to incorporate in the briefing.

• Site Induction: Once employees are on the job site, if required - we work together with the client to conduct a worksite safety induction which includes, site safety rules, safe machinery operation, emergency evacuation procedures, floor traffic management, fire exit procedures among other important information.

Refining The Process

• Toolbox Talks: Every quarter, we conduct meetings to discuss current job site safety standards, what procedures are formulated well, some areas that may be lacking and we receive feedback from our clients on where safety measures can improve.

  • Updating Current Procedures: To ensure we have accurate relevant safety feedback, we create a client-specific site safety plan that is unique to each clients operating facility (process mill, generation plant, warehouse, slaughterhouse, manufacturing floor, etc..). This plan includes safety reporting - every quarter we enquire about safety issues that may be lacking. We evaluate and bring this to our client for a revision.

• Worksafe VIC: As a Victorian-based recruitment firm we have work-cover for all our individuals we supply to clients, once they are employed by our client our work cover obligations cease.
